What to include

Support or a refund request

Your Lemon Squeezy order number, the name of the tool, and the browser you're using. If something went wrong, what you clicked and what happened.

Team or enterprise licensing

How many people, and whether the tool needs to run on a restricted or disconnected network. A license covers one individual, so teams need a quote.

Before you buy

Tell us the kind of work you'd use it for. Several tools have real scope limits, and we'd rather say "this isn't built for that" than sell you the wrong thing.
